In addition to committees for each section, matters relating to club members are overseen by a Mixed Committee which comprises the Men's Committee, Ladies Committee and the Venerables Captain. As part of this, several roles extend across the various sections: Men's Treasurer (who oversees 'Friends of Heydon Grange' funds) and the Men's Secretary (who administers the Mixed Committee meetings).
